FDA approves new UltraTooth

The UltraTooth, also known as the Sargon Implant, recently gained FDA clearance, according to Fox 11

Biodent designed the UltraTooth to be placed in the tooth socket and expand, connecting with bone immediately.

“The UltraTooth expands with a screw mechanism, similar to the action of a wall anchor to take on a shape like the Eiffel Tower but inverted, wider at the top,” Sargon Lazarof, DDS, UltraTooth inventor and dental surgeon, told Fox 11.
