7. Orange, Calif.-based DSO Western Dental & Orthodontics opened a new office in Granada Hills, Calif.
8. Simply Beautiful Smiles, a DSO that serves the Mid-Atlantic region, appointed Tim North as its new CEO Dec. 15.
9. Irvine, Calif.-based Smile Brands completed its acquisition of Mondovi, Wis.-based Midwest Dental Dec. 2.
10. Aspen Dental opened new offices in both Ohio and Massachusetts.
