The clinics, located in Arkansas, Tennessee and Missouri, expand the DSO’s network to 84 practices.
The Arkansas acquisitions are two locations of Jim Moore Orthodontics in Pine Bluff and Monticello; two locations of Arkansas Oral Surgery in Conway and Russellville; Michael Wharton-Palmer, DDS, in Texarkana; and South Arkansas Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in El Dorado.
The Missouri acquisitions are Arquitt Pediatric Dentistry in Springfield and Sherrick Orthodontics in Rolla. The DSO also acquired Michelle Johnson Orthodontics in Bartlett, Tenn.
