6 clear aligner updates to know

Here are six clear aligner updates that have taken place since March 14:

1. Aligner32 launched an at-home clear aligner product as an alternative to traditional orthodontic teeth straightening options. 
2. Dental 3D printing company LuxCreo launched LuxAlign, a same-day clear aligner printing system. 
3. OrthoFX received FDA clearance for its NiTime Aligners. 
4. SoftSmile's Vision artificial intelligence software was named the winner of the Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards program. Vision is used by clear aligner manufacturers and orthodontists to create treatment plans.
5. Carbon, a 3D dental printing company, created a new production workflow for clear aligners. 
6. Clear aligner company Candid launched a multi-year partnership with SoftSmile to bring SoftSmile's Vision treatment planning software to every provider using Candid's orthodontics platform.
