The nationwide program involves a partnership between Dentulu and a network of sleep physicians and sleep apnea dentists, according to an Oct. 1 news release.
The program will provide at-home screening and diagnostic services, but patients are also required to have an in-person visit with a dentist to coordinate and complete the treatment process to ensure standards of care are met.
Dentulu also said that integrating medical and dental services through its platform helps dental offices overcome billing challenges, which makes sleep apnea treatments more accessible and affordable.
At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
