Cedar City, Utah, is the best small city in the U.S. to open a business, according to a new ranking from WalletHub.
To create the ranking, released April 16, WalletHub compared more than 1,300 cities with a population of 25,000 to 100,000 residents across 18 metrics, including small businesses growth, investor access and labor costs.
