9 dental technology updates from February

Here are nine updates on the dental technology space that Becker's reported on in February:

1. Memphis, Tenn.-based uLab Systems received its 1 millionth clear aligner treatment plan order.

2. Aiomega, a biomedical company based in Tyler, Texas, received FDA clearance for its sleep apnea device.

3. Dental laser company Biolase launched its Waterlase iPlus Premier edition, a new all-tissue laser system.

4. Ferber Dental Group in Greenacres, Fla., started using the Yomi robot for dental implant procedures.

5. A federal court granted summary judgment in favor of Align Technology in two separate lawsuits.

6. Biolase closed a $7 million public offering. 

7. New York City-based Avista Capital Partners acquired Terrats Medical, a dental prosthetics company based in Barcelona, Spain.

8. Subscribili, a healthcare and dental technology company, secured $4.3 million in seed round funding. 

9. The global advanced dental digital and robotics solutions market is projected to reach $8.99 billion by 2032.
