1. The Bragar Eagel & Squire law firm launched an investigation into claims against Dentsply Sirona on behalf of long-term stockholders concerning the suspension of Byte aligners.

2. Orthodontics technology company SoftSmile and clear aligner brand ClearCorrect agreed to settle all litigation and legal disputes between them.

3. Dental technology company Convergent Dental installed 2,000 of its Solea All-Tissue Dental Lasers.

4. Boston-based Perceptive received an investment from Dental Innovation Alliance, a venture capital firm.

5. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Mashura, a dental inventory intelligence company, entered into a $300 million strategic partnership sponsored by Warburg Pincus.
