Francisco Partners, a global investment firm, recently completed its acquisition of healthcare and dental technology company Weave.
The deal, announced in September, is valued at approximately $650 million, according to an Oct. 27 news release. Under the terms of the agreement, Weave stockholders will receive $7.40 per share in cash.
Weave is now a privately held company and is no longer trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the investment firm said.
Weave CEO Brett White said the transaction allows the company to provide more value to its customers, which includes more than 40,000 locations.
