Arizona dental village sells for $5.6M

Local commercial real estate firm Menlo Group negotiated the purchased Peoria, Ariz.-based Deer Valley Dental Village for $5.625 million.

The Phoenix-area Andersen Capital Partners purchased the 17,000-square-foot medical office building, which was leased along with the five dental tenants.

"We are excited about the opportunity to invest in Deer Valley Dental," said Anderson Capital Partners employee Jon Anderson. "Its solid tenant mix and operating history make it an ideal addition to our portfolio."
