Michigan State Police are asking patients at a Gaylord dental practice to come forward with information if they believe they were overcharged for services, according to local news station WPBN.
Officials allege that dentists at Beacon Dental Center, and the practice's location in Charlevoix, charged patients for services that were never provided.
No one has been charged in connection with the investigation at Beacon Dental Center.
Michael Sullivan, DDS, opened Beacon Dental Center in August 2008. In 2014, Dr. Sullivan opened his second location. He graduated from Columbus-based Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
