A new affidavit has been filed in a $10 million lawsuit that accuses Jason White, DDS, of sexually abusing a Texas family’s two children and using photos of them for a child pornography business, reports radio station KFYO.

An affidavit filed in court this week includes new allegations that Dr. White’s boyfriend, Bradley Thompson, and his sister, Jeannine Rogers, may be attempting to relocate some of the dentist’s assets to a fake company, according to KFYO. The affidavit states that Mr. Thompson and Ms. Rogers formed the company JRBT Holdings Jan. 19, four days after Dr. White was arrested and his practice was raided by the FBI.

The civil lawsuit claims that Mr. Thompson and Ms. Rogers may be trying to route various assets through JRBT Holdings to shield them from forfeiture if Dr. White loses the lawsuit.

Dr. White is also facing criminal charges related to child pornography on both a state and federal level and has been denied the ability to post bail.
