Here are three acquisitions that took place in the dental industry in May:
1. Four Corners Property Trust, a real estate investment trust, acquired a Heartland Dental property for $2.6 million.
2. Dental supply company Henry Schein acquired Regional Healthcare Group, a medical and dental product distribution company. It also signed a definitive agreement to acquire S.I.N. Implant System, a dental implant manufacturer based in Brazil.
3. Denver-based Espire Dental acquired Anderson Family Dental in Colorado Springs, Colo.
