4.2K-square-foot dental practice proposed in Illinois

Developers have proposed the construction of a building that would house a dental practice in Crystal Lake, Ill., according to a Nov. 18 report by Northwest Herald.

The dental practice would be approximately 4,200 square feet and would share the building with a Starbucks. 

The property was originally slated to be a Starbucks only, but the sale was not completed. 

The Crystal Lake planning and zoning commission unanimously approved the plan. The City Council will vote on the approval Dec. 5, the report said.
