A Vermont dentist was recently arrested and charged with one felony count of prescription fraud.
The Vermont Attorney General’s Office said March 18 that an investigation was launched into Catherine Cech, DMD, after it received information that Dr. Cech allegedly used her DEA registration number to purchase controlled substances for personal use.
Dr. Cech pleaded not guilty to the charge March 18, according to a news release.
