1. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry acquired Main Line Periodontics & Dental Implants in Bryn Mawr, Pa.
2. Rasmussen Family Dentistry purchased the practice of Matthew Allen, DDS, who retired after 60 years in dentistry.
3. Brentwood, Tenn.-based Innovate 32 partnered with Fort Bend Dental in Houston.
4. Cumming, Ga.-based OMS360 expanded its network into Central Florida with the acquisition of Winter Haven Oral Surgery.
5. A private investor based in California purchased a Heartland Dental location in Johnstown, Colo., for $3.2 million.
