A building in Wilmington, Del., housing an orthodontics office was recently sold for $1.2 million, Delaware Business Now reported May 19.
The 4,243-square-foot medical office building was purchased by an out-of-state buyer.
The property is 100% leased to Greeley & Nista Orthodontics.
