Dental legislation updates across 10 states in 28 days

Here are 10 states where legislation impacting the dental industry has been introduced, advanced and approved, as reported by Becker’s since Feb. 7:

1. The Arizona Senate passed a bill that would create the role of oral preventive assistant in the state.

2. A bill proposed in the Florida Senate would expand dental services for Medicaid recipients and raise reimbursement rates for dentists.
