13 DSOs entering new states

Here are 13 DSOs and MSOs that entered new states in 2025:

  1. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management entered Wisconsin, New Jersey, Nebraska and Utah
  2. Dallas-based Smile Doctors acquired myOrthos, entering four new states: Delaware, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
  3. SPP Dental Partners entered Utah.
  4. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers opened its first location in Hawaii.
  5. Dallas-based MB2 Dental added its first practice in Hawaii.
  6. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group expanded its network into Georgia.
  7. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners expanded its network into Washington and Kentucky
  8. Charlotte, N.C.-based Flagship Specialty Partners partnered with South Florida Dental Implant & Facial Surgery Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., its first addition in the state.
  9. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity entered Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Ohio, California and Tennessee.
  10. Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS made its first addition in Indiana by acquiring Oral Surgery of Michiana.
  11. Cumming, Ga.-based OMS360 made its first practice addition in Pennsylvania.
  12. Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management acquired its first practices in Maryland and Oklahoma.
  13. Danbury, Conn.-based Archway Dental Partners entered New York.
