1. Ms. McClain was among the first employees to join Heartland Dental. When she first started with the dental service organization, she served as an accountant.
2. Over the years, Ms. McClain's role has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Heartland Dental's internal measuring system.
3. As Executive Vice President of Operations, Ms. McClain oversees the supplies, client administrator and accounts receivable departments.
4. Ms. McClain earned her bachelor's degree in applied science with a focus in accounting from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.
5. Recently, Heartland Dental affiliated with a practice in Washington and now supports more than 800 dental practices in 35 states.
