The Fayetteville, N.C.-based dental group comprises seven dental practices. CarolinasDentist will continue to operate under its own brand name and maintain successful ownership of the seven practices.
With the addition, Light Wave has grown from eight to 30 supported practices in the past 24 months.
Light Wave is backed by private equity firm Alpine Investors. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
