After the transaction closes, Reign Dental will provide dental services under Deca’s Ideal Dental brand. The partnership will help Reign Dental expand through metro Seattle, Michael Caparas, DMD, the practice’s owner said in a March 9 news release.

Sulman Ahmed, DDS, founder and CEO of Deca, said the DSO will “continue to seek strategic, beach-head acquisitions in attractive geographies to supplement our core de novo growth strategy.”

Founded in 2008, Deca has grown to include almost 100 affiliated practices across Texas, Florida and now Washington.
