Palladino DDS is a 30-year-old practice based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, specializing in dental cleaning, treatments and procedures. Empire, established in 2017 and based in Mentor, Ohio, provides operational services and support to practices in northeast Ohio.
The acquisition of Palladino DDS is Empire’s third within a year. The organization also acquired practices from Allan Milewski, DDS, in Medina, Ohio, and John T. Webster, DDS, in Avon, Ohio. Private equity firm Evolution Capital Partners acquired Empire in January 2020.
