The Guyette Facial & Oral Surgery Center joins the specialty management service company’s network with two practices in Scottsdale and Avondale, Ariz. Services offered at the practices include wisdom teeth removal, corrective jaw surgery, dental implants, treatment of facial injuries, facelifts, blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty.
In addition to Arizona, U.S. Oral Surgery Management has practices in Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, Minnesota, Alabama, Oklahoma, Louisiana, South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Indiana and Kentucky.
