Waltham, Mass.-based 42 North Dental has partnered with Quincy, Mass.-based South Shore Oral Surgery Associates, while tapping one of the practice dentist-owners to be the DSO's director of clinical affairs.
The practice was founded by dentist-owners David Lustbader, DMD; Michael Gu, DDS; and Paul Wilson, DMD. Along with leading SSOS, Dr. Lustbader will take on the role as director of clinical affairs at 42 North Dental.
"With the healthcare landscape changing so dramatically, it became obvious to us that partnering with a larger organization would be crucial for us to not only survive, but thrive," said Dr. Lustbader in a Sept. 30 news release.
South Shore Oral Surgery Associates is the DSO's second specialty-specific dental practice. The group currently supports 35 practice brands in 88 locations.
