Boston-based Beacon Dental Health supports 14 practices. The acquisition expands Dental365’s network to include more than 90 practices and more than 1000 employees, including more than 300 dentists.
Dental365 will provide management services to Beacon Dental Health to assist with its growth.
Dental365 was acquired by private equity firm the Jordan Company in July.
