Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management expanded into several states, gained a new investment and added to its leadership in 2021.
The details:
1. RiverGlade Capital sold its controlling stake in USOSM.
2. USOSM gained a private equity investment from Oak Hill Capital.
3. USOSM gained its second partner practice in Louisiana, the Oral and Facial Surgery Center.
4. USOSM partnered with the Center for Oral & Facial Surgery, which marked USOSM's expansion into its 15th state.
5. The management services company gained its first Arizona partnership with the Guyette Facial & Oral Surgery Center in Scottsdale and Avondale, Ariz.
6. In June, USOSUM entered a partnership with Southern Kentucky Oral Surgery Associates, its first in Kentucky.
7. WestShore OMS Specialists became USOSM's first partner practice in Florida.
8. USOSM established its first partnership in Mississippi by adding Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates to its network.
9. In April, USOSM landed its first South Carolina partnership with Atlantic Oral Surgery and Implant Center in Myrtle Beach.
10. USOSM expand its Texas footprint with the addition of Kingwood Oral Surgery to its network.
11. In May, USOSM added Gordon Brady, DMD, and Vincent Montgomery, DMD, to its clinical governance board.
