Texas DSO plans expansion with new investment

Denton, Texas-based DSO Community Dental Partners received a senior credit facility from White Oak Healthcare Finance it will use to expand into new states, the DSO said Feb. 14.

Community Dental Partners was founded in 2010 and is led by CEO Emmet Scott. Its focus is pediatric dental practices.

The DSO is a portfolio company of private equity company Boathouse Capital and has 70 locations in Texas, Georgia and Indiana.
