From DSOs entering new markets to an international partnership, here are six DSO firsts that Becker’s has reported on since June 15:

1. The Smilist Management added its first Pennsylvania practice to its network.

2. Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers opened their first co-location in Albuquerque, N.M.

3. Sage Dental teamed up with Japanese clear aligner manufacturer SheepMedical to offer KiyoClear orthodontic aligners, making it the first DSO in the U.S. to offer the aligners.

4. Heartland Dental completed its first strategic partnership outside of the U.S.

5. MB2 Dental added its first Ohio dental practice to its network.

6. Andrew Rosen, DDS, of Andrew Rosen Orthodontics in Arizona, is the first partner-physician to join the Bond Orthodontic Partners platform.
