The award is given to companies that provide exceptional training and learning opportunities for their employees to enhance customer service, according to a Nov. 2 news release from DECA Dental.
To better train its staff, DECA Dental created the DECA Clinical Advisory Board, which helped improve the company’s relationship with customers.
The advisory board provides clinicians the opportunity to give input on the company’s vision and strategy, the release said.
