1. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added Sheets Family Dentistry in Jackson, Mich.
2. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons for Northern Illinois.
3. Milwaukee-based Dental Associates plans to open its 15th office in the state next year in Glendale, Wis.
4. Carmel, Ind.-based Vista Verde Dental Partners opened a Britely Dentures + Implants Studio office in Oakdale, Minn.
5. US Endo Partners added Joplin (Mo.) Endodontics.
6. Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental affiliated with River Rock Family Dental in Lawrence, Kan.
