2020
- The company opened its 44th location and acquired four Gentle Dental offices.
- Dental365 added its first New Jersey office to its network of practices.
2021
- Dental365 partnered with Pearl, a dental AI and computer vision solutions company, for efficiency, accuracy, transparency and patient care.
- The company was acquired by private equity firm The Jordan Company.
- Dental365 acquired Beacon Dental Health, a Boston-based DSO.
2022
- Chase Drossos was named Dental 365's vice president of finance.
- Dental365 and Premier Care Dental Management acquired Dental Care New Jersey, an eight-location DSO.
- The DSO appointed Thomas Eicke, RN, as the company’s new president and David Jordan as CFO.
