Here are nine notable moves involving the DSO since 2019:

2019

  • The DSO signed a financing deal with healthcare lending company White Oak Healthcare Finance, an arrangement that aimed to support Dental365’s growth.

2020

  • The company opened its 44th location and acquired four Gentle Dental offices.
  • Dental365 added its first New Jersey office to its network of practices.

2021

  • Dental365 partnered with Pearl, a dental AI and computer vision solutions company, for efficiency, accuracy, transparency and patient care.
  • The company was acquired by private equity firm The Jordan Company.
  • Dental365 acquired Beacon Dental Health, a Boston-based DSO.

2022

  • Chase Drossos was named Dental 365’s vice president of finance.
  • Dental365 and Premier Care Dental Management acquired Dental Care New Jersey, an eight-location DSO.
  • The DSO appointed Thomas Eicke, RN, as the company’s new president and David Jordan as CFO.
