Community Dental Partners was founded in 2012. It has more than 70 locations in Texas, Indiana and Georgia. Michael Irving serves as the company's CEO.
Sage Dental (Boca Raton, Fla.)
Sage Dental was founded in 1997. It supports more than 90 practices throughout Florida and Georgia. It became the first U.S. company last year to offer KiyoClear orthodontic aligners manufactured by Japanese manufacturer SheepMedical. Thomas Marler serves as the company's president and CEO.
