Here are seven DSOs that have added offices in the Northeastern region of the U.S. this year:
1. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired practices in New Jersey and Massachusetts.
2. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management added several practices in New Jersey, including Distinctive Dental Arts, Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry and Integrity Dental of Sparta. In Massachusetts, it added Southborough (Mass.) Dental Associates, Vast Dental and the office of Scott Goldberg, DMD. It also added its first practice in New Hampshire and added Robert Emilio, DDS & Associates in Norwalk, Conn.
3. Great Neck, N.Y.-based the Smilist added Wayne Dental Care in Pennsylvania.
4. North Brunswick Township, N.J.-based Squire Dental affiliated with Brookside Dental Care in Pennsylvania.
5. Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance added Old Bridge, N.J.-based KidZdent.
6. Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS added Integrative Oral & Facial Surgery, which has an office in Gaithersburg, Md.
7. Raleigh, N.C.-based Oakpoint partnered with Harvey Levin, DDS, in Washington, D.C.
