Four Corners Property Trust acquired three newly built properties, one of which is an Aspen Dental, for $5.2 million.
The properties are in a Michigan retail corridor and are all corporate-operated under long-term leases, according to an Aug. 30 news release.
Aspen Dental supports more than 1,000 offices nationwide, including more than 35 in Michigan.
Starbucks and WellNow Urgent Care are the other two properties in the acquisition, the release said.
