A retail center in Oak Park Heights, Minn., including an Aspen Dental practice, has sold for $5.8 million, according to an Oct. 3 report by Finance & Commerce.
The 12,279-square-foot center also includes an AT&T Store, Potbelly Sandwiches, Shopko Optical and Virginia Ho O.
The property, built in 2017, was sold to an investor based in Edina, Minn.
