ProSmile sells SmartArches brand to private equity company

Toms River, N.J.-based DSO ProSmile recently sold its SmartArches brand to private equity firm TriSpan.

SmartArches, which specializes in dental implant services, was launched in December 2022. 

ProSmile doubled the number of locations under the brand to eight in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida and Maryland. The brand plans to continue expanding this year and in 2024.
