Here are seven dental groups and organizations adding, acquiring and opening practices in the South that Becker's has reported on since Feb. 15:
1. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group expanded into Tennessee with the addition of a four-office practice.
2. Miami-based United Dental Corporation marked its entry into Tennessee with the addition of a practice in Nashville.
3. Irving, Texas-based Specialized Dental Partners added Bass & Hall Dental Implant & Perio Partners in Plano, Texas, and Northeast Endodontics in Tupelo, Miss.
4. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added a Lawrenceville, Ga., practice to expand its network.
5. Dallas-based MB2 Dental partnered with a dental practice in West Virginia, marking the 40th state it supports locations in.
6. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental opened an office in The Villages, Fla.
7. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental added a Maryland dental practice to its network.
