A newly built retail center in Peoria, Ariz., that includes a Heartland Dental location sold for $11.1 million, according to an April 11 report from AZBigMedia.
The 19,800-square-foot property is a retail center and has three buildings. Other tenants include Bourbon & Bones, The Stetson Social, F45 Training, Herbal Nail Bar and Salon Blissful.
The buyer is a franchisee of Seven Brothers Burgers. The sale was completed by Western Retail Advisors.
