The DSO acquired Sauvage, a five-location dental practice based in Seattle. It also acquired Tranquility Dental Wellness, a four-location dental practice based in the Tacoma and Olympia areas of Washington.
Espire Dental also made its first acquisition in Texas earlier this year. The company received a subordinated debt investment from Ironwood Capital in 2023 to support its growth.
Espire Dental supports 39 practices in Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, California, Texas and Washington.
