A Heartland Dental practice location in Johnstown, Colo., has been sold for $3.2 million.
The practice is part of a new 200-acre, mixed-used development that will include more than 1 million square feet of retail space once completed, according to a June 2 news release.
The seller is a Midwest-based developer and the buyer is a private investor based in California.
The sale was completed by The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm.
Heartland Dental supports more than 1,700 locations across the U.S.
