2. Throughout his career, Mr. Thompson has served as president and co-CEO of Papa Johns, senior vice president of Wellpoint and president of individual business for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
3. Mr. Thompson also servers on the board of directors for Stampede Meat, The Rawlings Group, Wynnchurch Capital, Center Bank and The Oliver Group.
4. Delta Dental of Kentucky is the largest dental insurer in the state and part of a multi-state affiliation that composes one of the largest dental insurance companies in the nation.
5. Delta Dental of Kentucky is a member of the Delta Dental Plans Association, the largest dental benefits system.
