The Woodlands, Texas-based Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers plans to open a practice in Charlotte, N.C.
This will be the organization’s second location in the state, according to its website.
An opening date for the new office was not provided.
Great Hill Partners acquired a majority interest in Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in August. Blue Cloud previously announced openings in Nevada, Ohio and South Carolina.
