Jenks, Okla.-based Lumio Dental has purchased a dental practice in Southlake, Texas.
The DSO acquired Haven Dental, which was founded by Tyler Brady, DMD, according to an Oct. 9 news release from Dental Pitch Brokerage, which provided guidance to the practice in the transaction.
Haven Dental provides general, family, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
Lumio Dental was ranked as one of the fastest-growing DSOs by Inc.
