Henry Miller was employed as a dental assistant at an Affordable Dentures & Implants location in Ponca City, Okla. He has been accused of performing dental services without a license on multiple patients who claim they later suffered pain after their treatment. A warrant was issued for Mr. Miller’s arrest in January 2023, but he has yet to be arrested.

Affordable Dentures & Implants was facing five lawsuits as of August. Kay NewsCow reported that since then, the number of lawsuits has hit nine.
