Henry Miller was employed as a dental assistant at an Affordable Dentures & Implants location in Ponca City, Okla. He has been accused of performing dental services without a license on multiple patients who claim they later suffered pain after their treatment. A warrant was issued for Mr. Miller’s arrest in January 2023, but he has yet to be arrested.

Affordable Dentures & Implants was facing five lawsuits as of August. Kay NewsCow reported that since then, the number of lawsuits has hit nine.

Becker’s contacted Affordable Care, the parent company of Affordable Dentures & Implants, for comment and will update this story if more information becomes available.
