Cumming, Ga.-based OMS360 has made its first practice addition in Pennsylvania, marking the eighth state in its network.
The company partnered with Pittsburgh Oral Surgery, which has four practice locations in Pennsylvania, according to a May 8 news release from OMS360.
Pittsburgh Oral Surgery is led by Martin Eichner, DDS, Eric Smiga, DMD, Sarah Davies, DDS, MD, Neil Robertson, DMD, and Bryce Hartman, DDS.
In addition, OMS360 secured a new credit facility which includes a revolving credit facility and a delayed draw term loan.
The credit facility was provided by TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners.
OMS360 also supports practices in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee and Texas.
