Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners has added Matthews (N.C.) Family Dentistry to its network, the DSO said Feb. 4.

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners has expanded its California footprint with the addition of Mendelovitz DDS to its network.

The Aspen Group will convert its Aspen Dental offices to be fully digital by early 2023, the organization said Feb. 2. 

Private equity firm Shore Capital Partners has founded OMS360, an oral surgeon support organization.

Private equity has become more common in the dental space, and Viper Equity Partners is calling oral surgery deals "the gold rush of dentistry."

Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental added 111 new practice locations in 2021, the dental partnership organization said Feb. 1. 

Some of the largest DSOs in the U.S. kicked off the new year with various growth strategies, including new partnerships, practice affiliations and healthcare initiatives. 

Irvine, Calif.-based DSO, Pacific Dental Services, has extended its partnership with Envista and expanded it to include Spark clear aligners, the dental supply company said Jan. 31. 

Tempe, Ariz.-based Gen4 Dental Partners has acquired Grand Haven, Mich.-based DSO Smile One Services.
