The DSO, founded in 2008, supports nine dental practice locations in the San Antonio area, according to a Feb. 28 news release.
The locations offer services including general and specialty dentistry, specialty endodontic and oral surgery services, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and emergency dentistry.
GTCR, a private equity firm, plans to make additional future investments in the company to fund organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions.
Justin Coke, CEO of 7to7, and Tiffany Winburn, DMD, the company’s chief clinical officer, retain substantial ownership. Kelly McCrann of Avryo Health Services joins 7to7 as executive chair, the release said.
