The DSO added Lakeview Dental Care, which has six locations throughout New Jersey, according to a Sept. 30 news release.
Lakeview Dental Care is owned by Eric Forte, DMD, and Jonathan Hill, DMD.
The sale was completed by Polaris Healthcare Partners, a consulting firm for group dental practices.
The Smilist supports more than 90 practices across Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, the release said.
