A retail center in Rutland, Vt., that includes an Aspen Dental practice was sold for $3.51 million, according to a June 27 report from New England Real Estate Journal.
The dental practice has been at the center for more than five years.
Other tenants in the 8,293-square-foot building include AT&T, Miracle Ear and Sport Clips.
Aspen Dental supports more than 1,100 practice locations across the U.S.
